"Bonusly Employee Recognition"
What do you like best about Bonusly? At first, I was not convinced with Bonusly allowing everybody in a business to recognise others with points that can then be used to redeem vouchers concerned me that there would the obvious favouritism however over time I have been proven wrong. The platform heights where individuals excel and in turn, they get rewarded by their peers. As a line manager, I find this helpful as it gives me an insight into the performance of my team.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Great way to share positive feedback with individuals and teams! Really appreciate all the different choices for redemption. I love how easy it is to use and that you can add gif's to the posts! We used our company values to create the hashtags which was a great way to tie in the values!

What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly is a user-friendly, fun and unique way to recognize our peers as well as management for actions that may otherwise go unnoticed. There is a variety of rewards to choose from and they are quickly redeemed.There is something for everyone

What do you like best about Bonusly? It's super easy to navigate. The application makes me want to share points because of the reminders and that I can do it from Slack is so convenient.
