What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly allows everyone in the company to be aware of the work being done by others as well as events in their professional and personal lives. This is especially important for remote companies. It's also beneficial that non-management can reward colleagues as opposed to only management. Rewarding an "equal" can mean a lot more.

What do you like best about Bonusly? The freedom to award bonusly points to anyone, without any clearance process or constraints on who is eligible, is a significant benefit. It allows for expressing appreciation for colleagues while their efforts are still fresh in everyone's minds. Additionally, people seem to enjoy the fun atmosphere this creates among coworkers as they compete jokingly with one another using hashtags and humorous remarks - creating a tight bond between them.
