What do you like best about Bonusly? I love the ability to be able to recognize all of the small things that my coworkers do on a daily basis to contribute to a positive work environment. Seeing the power of getting a "bonusly train" going to thank someone for something that could otherwise go unnoticed is refreshing. What do you like best about Bonusly? People get rewarded for their jobs, efforts, things well done, in a very efficient manner. You can then exchange those rewards in a very good variety of platforms, like Amazon, IKEA, Decathlon, MediaMarkt, and a large etc.

"It's a fun new work benefit"
What do you like best about Bonusly? At first I was afraid that Bonusly could be used a forum for gossip or passing negative information. But that is not the case, at least not at my company. People really appreciate getting a pat on the back from their peers (and supervisors), it's a positive way to communicate, and it's fun to spend the bonusly points!

What do you like best about Bonusly? I think it helps to build and maintain stronger relationships between colleagues. One of the many ways to accomplish that is by showing appreciation, which Bonusly helps.

What do you like best about Bonusly? There are many different ways to redeem the bonusly. It adds motivation to the team and keeps us all going - great incentive system. I haven't seen a system like this before in any of my previous companies. The fact that there is peer-to-peer recognition every month helps keep morale up!

What do you like best about Bonusly? I enjoy the ease of entering recognitions using the web portal since my colleagues, bonus amounts, and hashtags are pre-populated. Our team enjoys using GIFs in our messages so the ability to add those really contributes to the personalizations of our recognitions.
