What do you like best about Bonusly? I appreciate a platform that allows peer to peer recognition. Bonusly has a nice variety of rewards, but it's also nice that we can create our own. My employees love it.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly is extremely simple to use, the rewards are vast, and the customer support is exceptional. I've used Bonusly at multiple companies and have implemented it at new companies when I move.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly allows for peer recognition that co-workers can then redeem for the things that they want, be it an Amazon gift card, Restaurant card, donation or the like. It is also nice that they have international options as we are a international team.

What do you like best about Bonusly? One of the best parts of using Bonusly was the way you could customize your rewards, and also name your points - we named ours Dollarydoos! Another great feature is the ability to add addition points to those in the more senior levels, to allow them to distribute from a larger pool than others, which is also really good to allow greater usage to team mangers and leaders.
