What do you like best about Bonusly? I enjoy that you are able to have different rewards for employees based out of different companies. Customer service is incredible and overall usage from company is wonderful. I enjoy the customizability of our company's Bonusly homepage as well (in addition to being able to add in SWAG from our company to the rewards). Being able to pull reports from the site is pretty seamless as well.

What do you like best about Bonusly? We love how easy it is to use and that it creates a great culture where even small deeds get recognized by peers, not just managers. This also helps managers see those who support their team often.

"Great with only a few problems"
What do you like best about Bonusly? I love the community aspect. Everyone that is active loves to hand out rewards to co-workers. It is a great break in the day. Seeing others' accomplishments and goals immediately instead of at year-end-review or 'at the water cooler' is a fantastic morale booster. As Admin I can see how active everyone is, quite easily on the Bonusly dashboards

What do you like best about Bonusly? I love that Bonusly allows employees to recognize each other on the spot for a job well done, birthday and work anniversary announcements, projects that are happening in our company, or general announcements! We can share pictures and gifs to keep it fun and entertaining!

What do you like best about Bonusly? My company has used bonusly for awhile now and we love it. It is helpful to recognize people in and out of their departments. My team loves the variety of rewards. It's nice because it makes people notice others instead of getting in their own work bubble. What do you like best about Bonusly? I love the feel-good part of it where you see employees lifting each other up, but I also love getting a peak behind the curtain about focus or projects I may not have known where happening!
