"This is the perfect platform for remote employees to recognize their peers, it is so much fun!"
What do you like best about Bonusly? I love that Bonusly is simple to use. It even integrates with our HRIS system seamlessly, so HR does not have to manually add each person when they are hired. Bonusly also has a ton of customization, for example, you can change the number of points each employee can give away, you can choose the types of rewards they can access, and you can add your own types of hashtags based on your company values. I love the variety of GIF"s as well.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly is a lot of fun and easy to use. They offer a ton of different vendors to exchange points for. Our team really loves using it to acknowledge each other's achievements and share the love!

What do you like best about Bonusly? One of the best options this product has is the ability for the receiver to choose their rewards once they have been recognized. It means they get what motivates them, and not just another thing to sit on a shelf or hang on the wall like a certificate. My staff regularly redeems their points for such a wide variety of products it would be almost impossible to replicate on our own!

What do you like best about Bonusly? I like that Bonusly makes recognition fun and visible to our team in Slack (or they can leave that channel if it gets too loud). Our team loves the GIFs, and the ability to create our own hashtags in line with our company values is great.
