What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly builds a lot of morale in the team! Its like a gift that keeps on giving with the fact its like you give kudos points and then later the person can spend it to buy gift cards and more! You can even regift the points which I like a lot. I also enjoy how we can add gifs for comments! It makes it more exciting and funny when I add a moving funny picture.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly allows recognition of efforts easy and "rewarding". Appreciation of great work made easy and straightforward. It gives not just credit but ultimately inspires and motivates employees to be consistent and be better at what they do. It is also tide down with the core virtues of the company, making it easy to relate to the behaviors the company is promoting.
