"Bonusly is a must for any company, remote or not"
What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly makes it easy to recognize employees for their accomplishments, team work, and to celebrate milestones. You can add a GIF to the recognition, which gives it some personality and to be honest, makes it more fun. We use Bonusly to send our company surveys, too. It's easy, you can automate them, and we get instant feedback. We also love that we can integrate it with Slack, so everyone gets notified when a bonusly is sent out to someone.

"Great tool for promoting internal praise and team building"
What do you like best about Bonusly? Often times companies push leadership to praise employees. Which is fantastic, and needed. However it is impossible for leadership to know what is going on every day within different teams. Bonus.ly gives that opportunity to effectively motivate team members to recognize each other.

What do you like best about Bonusly? We can tie bonusly hashtags to our core values (Character, Service, Teamwork, Gratitude, and Excellence). Bonusly lets us drive home these positive characteristics in our associates everyday behaviors. It integrates perfectly with Slack.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Easy integration with Slack, seems reliable compared to our previous tool. Good catalogue of redeemable options. Reporting tools are helpful. Overall it is a simple tool that our team uses frequently.

What do you like best about Bonusly? I love that you can customize rewards (including adding our own swag or swag store) and that you can use GIFs to recognize other people. It's a way in which we communicate in modern spaces that it feels like a fun space akin to social media. But just for our school.
