"It cannot be easier to give virtual praise to stellar colleagues"
What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly gives me such an easy opportunity to say thank you to my colleagues for any reason and the praise turns into a tangible benefit whenever they want it to. I can't really think of a reason too large or small that Bonusly doesn't work for.

It has been a great way to build connections and offer peer-to-peer recognition across our entirely remote employees. It's consistently one of the "make sure you keep this" items in our quarterly engagement surveys.
