What do you like best about Bonusly? The bonusly is an incredible tool that helps a lot in recognizing professionals they can praise their colleagues for successful projects or activities. In return they receive points that can be exchanged for rewards. There are several possible suppliers of rewards such as: Donations, Meals, Clothing Stores, among other various shops and it is also possible to exchange for gifts or even transform the points into real values.

What do you like best about Bonusly? How in line and up-to-date the gifs in the library are! I love that I can find memes, gifs and cultural references for my posts! Working with a global company and making friends with my colleagues of all different backgrounds is important, and I think the diverse amount of memes and gifs help me communicate to them in a fun way!

What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly has been the best change we have made for our team. Bonusly drives internal recognition from the bottom up and the top down. Allowing team members to recognize each other has greatly increased morale and engagement. We simply reallocated our employee relation budget from allowing management to determine the spend to allowing the team to determine what matters to them most.
