What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly helped us create a culture of appreciation. I can't imagine TRAFFIT without Bonusly, it's in our DNA. Our core values are seen and felt on everyday basis and Bonusly makes them even stronger and solid.

"Easy to Use and Fun, Our Employees Really Enjoy Bonusly"
What do you like best about Bonusly? I like being able to quickly and easily show appreciation to a co-worker or colleague for a job well done. It's easy to forget to practice gratitude, particularly in this era of remote work and businesses no longer co-located. Bonusly makes it easy and fun to pass along a show of appreciation.

"Ability to recognize staff that you can’t see every day!"
What do you like best about Bonusly? Our company is able to use Bonusly to recognize staff that work at 17 locations. We are not able to see everyone everyday and the platform brings everyone closer together and you get to have fun!

What do you like best about Bonusly? I like that there is a lot of ways to show appreciation and that managers can have a higher budget to reward top performers in a way that is not only verbal praise.

"Great Employee Engagement Tool - and it's Fun"
What do you like best about Bonusly? We love using Bonusly because it takes recognition to the next level. A pat on the back is always great, but when praise comes with points that can be redeemed for gift cards, it takes it to a new level. We don't use it as a means to replace merit-based salary increases, it is simply a tool to engage employees across departments and gives leadership a whole new lens into how people work together, care for each other, and allows the unseen to become seen.
