"Best way to show appreciation"
What do you like best about Bonusly? I really like that you can reward other employees with points rather than just saying thank you. It is great that GIFs can be used, it makes it even more fun! I also like that Bonusly is showing these recommendation posts to others and that they can add onto the post to give more points. We usually have the rule in the company to mention the reason for giving points (projects etc.) so everyone can see where others were involved to get the job done.

"Bonusly is excellent for helping create an inclusive and rewarding work culture"
What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly is really good for the ability for employees to be able to reward and shout out anything for other members of the company. Creates a great, inclusive and connected culture. Particularly for those that are remote working or in different time zones. The partnerships for the rewards for profit, and not for profit, give a wide range of options for people to pick something that matters to them.
