What do you like best about Bonusly? What you practice gets stronger. The biggest challenge in building a culture of recognition is that most employees don't know how to participate in a recognition culture on a regular basis. Bonsuly helps organizations to establish the habit of providing recognition in a fun and engaging way. It's become a part of our company culture.

What do you like best about Bonusly? I have never had an appreciation tool at my previous jobs but I was always demanding something like that. It is just way better than I expected: i love the functionality to add gifs. Also, for each appreciation one needs to add one of our core values as a hashtag - this is so smart and makes the employee actually live the values. Finally, having the possibility to donate ones bonusly points to sustainability projects is simply great. I´d recommend this ...

What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly not only gives users a great opportunity to reflect on moments and people who they are thankful for, but it also brings up positivity and great morale in the workplace. I enjoy seeing people's cheerful messages for one another.

What do you like best about Bonusly? GIFs, custom hashtags, and the ability to comment and/or add on make this easy to use and incorporate into company culture. HR can customize rewards for certain items (onboarding, anniversaries etc.) . There are many rewards, but as a manager, I value the option to cash in some of my points to give back to the team. Search feature makes it easy to see activity for anyone in the organization. Slack integration is also a plus.

The number of tools that are offered within the platform cover most of the functionalities one would want to have so to give visibility to other people's contribution. I also enjoy adding gifs and hashtags to the bonuses. They are very useful to express the emotion behind the message.
