What do you like best about Bonusly? I love the interactive platform to reward, thank and surprise teammates with points they can redeem for gift cards! It is simple way to also send out surveys amongst the company.

What do you like best about Bonusly? The reward options are great. But more specifically the custom rewards options have been a hit with our company. The choice to select rewards that unique to our company yet also help our community outreach participation is great. We created rewards every month and have had great turnout.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Being able to recognize peers without asking a manager and choosing the amount of the reward is empowering. Being able to recognize each other is boosting employees' engagement. Additionally, the vast choice of ways to turn the points into tangible rewards, e.g. gift cards, is a great benefit.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Before using Bonusly, when I wanted to recognise my peer, I used to thank them in person or send them a message. But after Bonusly, things became different, where I can give credits, share it org-wide, and acknowledge one's work!
