What do you like best about Bonusly? I love the fact that others can also add to what I have sent to my coworker! So, if I sent Sally 20 points for doing something awesome, Joe could add to it as well and continue celebrating that person!

What do you like best about Bonusly? Our team members are able to publicly award their team mates for going above and beyond. We are able to highlight those living our core values and really celebrate the daily wins that may go unnoticed.

What do you like best about Bonusly? I love that we are able to offer bonusly to both our U.S.-based and Off-shore employees. We can recognize and reward each other, and the bonusly rewards are redeemable anywhere in the world. Our team broadcasts the bonusly board in the office, and we have a group chat whenever someone is recognized we are all notified. This allows people an opportunity to tack on more points for a job well done.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Public recognition to other teammates via Slack -and- the ability to have different gifting funds for teams, events, etc. As a remote company this is one of the best ways we stay connected with and recognize those on other teams.
