What do you like best about Bonusly? Easy, meaning easy to access (Okta integration), quick to load, mostly intuitive to use (maybe could improve on UI in terms of writing bc I think people forget to include components).

"Fun social-network-ey way of showing appreciation at work"
What do you like best about Bonusly? Bonusly provides a fun and easy way to show appreciation for any number of things within the workplace. Teammates can trade in points for gift certificates at places where they already shop, at novel stores, OR can pay the points forward as donations. I love that Slack integrates so seamlessly (which means I can pop over some points and appreciation without leaving what I was doing). We encourage a culture of feedback, but this just takes it up a notch.

"Bonusly is an Awesome Platform for Peer Recognition!"
What do you like best about Bonusly? I really like that each employee is able to publicly recognize others. Recognition can be based on someone helping you or your team with a task, or just recognizing them for doing an awesome job with a task that they've completed, a certification they've earned, and much more. It really helps to keep the motivation high!

What do you like best about Bonusly? Employees can use to redeem rewards like gift cards to their favorite spots OR they can donate to charities using their rewards. It's the best! I see our employees doing it both ways. We also don't send out physical birthday cards any longer, we use Bonusly!
