"An easy way to recognize colleagues"
What do you like best about Bonusly? It's really easy for peers who work together to recognize and say thank you to other colleagues. The simplicity to reward someone for tasks that should be called out but are seldom recognized is doable with Bonusly.

"A user friendly and engaging recognition and reward system"
What do you like best about Bonusly? I like that the set up and customisation of the system is easy and hassle free. I like th eleaderboard and analytics in the system. It shows really great graphs and statistics for the users and admins. This encourages people to use it. Also, it provides a great insight for the senior management on how well employees live the company values. It is fun to use and very enjoyable tool to keep the engagement up.

What do you like best about Bonusly? Best way to show appreciation amongst your peers or cross-functional team to be bigger and better together. A fun way to be rewarded! Those points would need to be accumulated to redeem the rewards. But it's worth the hype!

What do you like best about Bonusly? The easy or use and the way that the team stays engaged. At first it was a flurry of the team just rewarding like crazy but then it leveled off to more meaningful interaction - team members figuring out how they want to encourage others to use or not let their points go wasted. It became more and more meaningful as we used the tool.
