What do you like best about Bonusly? I really appreciate the ability to give my coworkers a sign of appreciation that isn't just "thanks" for when people help me out. I haven't come across another workplace that has done this before, so it's really nice to use and it seems like it really helps enforce a positive working environment even when we're a remote team.
