What do you like best about Bonusly? I love being able to give recognition beyond a verbal "good job", its so nice to be able to give co-workers a small something that I know will be used long term. I also love being able to add a gif to the recognition to add a little extra fun. It always feels good to get recognized for work done, and it's actually a tremendous help to have a nice little "rainy day fund" of bonusly points to snag a gift card with.
