I love Bonsai
I love Bonsai. There's a few main things I need for my business and Bonsai does them well all in one platform. The design is also pleasant in terms of what's facing my clients and I especially love the Tax add-on. Would recommend.

The one stop shop for freelancers
Bonsai is a pretty awesome platform for new and established freelancers. The ability to create good looking proposals with function, access to templated contracts with the ability to edit them, time tracking and tons of more bells and whistles really allow for you to utilize a this single platform to delegate 90% of your administrative efforts. Support is usually great, and quick, and you can even use one if there services that allows for you to stay organized for taxes.

Streamlined platform & great service
I use Bonsai for accounting, project proposals, and invoices. I've recently added their tax feature as well. They've continued to add features/tools since I started using the platform a few years ago, and everything is straightforward. Bonsai's team has always been quick to answer a help request.

Love this software!
I started using Bonsai last fall because I needed to create a professional contract. I also got annoyed at having to use so many different software for contracts, invoicing, and time keeping, so this makes it an all-in-one solution. Recently, they completely revamped the UI and added additional features like scheduling to make it an even better platform. If I ever have questions on how to use the platform, the customer support team always responds within 1-2 business days and is very helpful.

Simply the best payment platform for freelancers
Bonsai is so easy to use and helps me keep my business looking professional. It makes it so easy for my clients to sign contracts and pay invoices, and gives me good records of everything. And if that wasn't enough, their customer support team is awesome! They're responsive and listen to what their users need, they're quick to reply if you have an issue, and so patient and helpful. Wouldn't use any other payment platform!

I have been using bonsai a few years now as a freelancer and small business owner and I love it. I started off freelancing and it gave me more control with my clients, also as a small business. They continue to improve. I can get questions answered with customer service in a timely manner and they are always kind and respectful
