Bonsai is so user-friendly and perfect to keep all of your records in place! It's so nice to have an all-in-one tool so that you can spend less time on admin work and more time doing what you enjoy🤗 I highly recommend it!

I used to manually create invoices... It was a very time-consuming process. With Hello Bonsai everything is streamlined in one place and the invoices are beautifully designed. I even buttoned up my proposal writing process with their templates and created a few of my own. The best part is I can create an invoice in advance and schedule it to go out on a specific date. Great invoicing & contract platform for freelancers
Love Bonsai — been using it for 2+ years, and it is a huge timesaver for me. I'm an independent consultant and I use Bonsai for all my invoicing and contracts. The contracts feature is probably the most valuable component of the tool, since they are all pre-written and approved by attorneys. Billing/invoices/contracts are all pretty darn customizable, and the entire tool makes you look very professional. This software is a must have for anyone starting their own business!

Bonsai has helped me automate my business and combines many features I was piecemealing with other, often clunkier, programs. It's made my life easier, which means I get proposals and contracts out more quickly, and automate invoicing so I get paid on time, without chasing clients.
