Easy to use
Bonsai is really easy to use. As a busy freelancer, I love that Bonsai does everything I need it to do and also is user-friendly. I highly recommend it!

Easy to use and better than Dubsado
I have been a freelancer for more than 12 years and used Dubsado as my CRM since 2018. Since repeatedly running into the same issues with Dubsado, I looked for alternatives and tried a few options. When I found Bonsai at the start of 2022 I was pleasantly surprised. The platform feels much more user-friendly, streamlined, and clean. I love that I can switch between currencies, depending on the location of my client. Highly recommended!

New features and partnerships!
As a design freelancer I feel like this software was designed specifically for me! Lol, They also have all the tools necessary to scale your business/staff and remain organized. They recently partnered with Stride to make getting health coverage -as a freelancer- THAT MUCH EASIER! I can't wait to see where they go from here!

Happy customer for 8+ years
I've been with Bonsai since 2016, and it's impressive how much they have added and improved over the years. I'm a self-employed web designer and digital marketer and Bonsai is perfect for everything I need. From customer service to the actual products, I have zero complaints.

Wish I didn't wait so long
I was scraping by with clunky free invoicing alternatives for a while before switching to Bonsai, and I totally regret waiting so long — The integration and automation of so many frustrating tasks have made my life so much easier. I'm a freelance designer and I hate all of the behind the scenes busywork, so having an intuitive platform to help with every aspect of that has been such a game changer. Would absolutely recommend Bonsai.
