I love love love Bonsai! As a small business owner, Bonsai provides me with everything I need to streamline invoicing, expense tracking, and general project management tasks. I also really love the templates, which are a GAME CHANGER and save me so much time. Highly recommend!

I did the research and chose this as they best tool for freelancers. I haven't been disappointed. It keeps me very organized and you don't need separate tools for fee proposals, time tracking, invoicing etc

It just works

It just works. It's simple and straightforward with a clean user interface. Great for small businesses and sole proprietors who are looking to manage their time, clients and invoices.

I have yet to find a better all-in-one solution for my small business.

I'm continually blown away at how valuable Bonsai is to my day-to-day operations. From proposals to contracts to invoicing and even invoice financing to regulate cash flow, Bonsai pays for itself over and over again and I have yet to find a better all-in-one solution for my small business.

Super Support and easy to use

Although the price is a bit high, Bonsai has been great for my small business. The invoice system is super straightforward and easy to use. Also, support is great. They are super helpful and quick to respond

Ive been using Bonsai for about 2 years now and have been very happy with them. Being a creative, I wanted to make sure my clients could see a creative and intuitive design when deciding to book me or not and Bonsai provided that. They are also constantly trying to improve the software which I also appreciate. highly recommended!

I’ve been using Bonsai for the last couple of months and I am beyond pleased with the platform. I’ve used all invoicing softwares and Bonsai has met all of my needs and even offered more than I thought I needed. I’ve used every feature on it and each one offers an experience like no other. I highly recommend it for small business owners and freelancers.

Keeps me organized!

I heard about Bonsai on a freelance podcast and decided to give it a try- even though I didn't think I really needed it. I was pretty much submitting project proposals and invoices on word documents and that seemed just fine. Well, one hour into Bonsai and I knew I would be migrating all my stuff over! Not only did my project proposals look more professional, but it prompted me to create verbiage for things I hadn't even thought of (Ex: Why hire me!) My invoices are much easier to keep ...

I've been a Bonsai user for years and it has made running my own design business way easier! I love the ability to create contracts, proposals, and invoices and collect payments. I've been experiencing a few issues with the product lately - related to the timer and log-out function, but Customer Support has been very helpful and communicative.

Bonsai is a comprehensive tool for freelancers. They make it so easy to automate contracts, proposals, projects, tasks, and more. I was introduced to Bonsai when web flow was offering a discount since they were ending a feature for freelancers. I’m glad I happened to make the switch. P.S. I was offered a $15 discount for writing this review, but I did not hesitate, because the product is genuinely good!
