What do you like best about BombBomb? Bombbomb makes it easy to record short videos to send to clients. I use BB instead of texting because you can convey so much more emotion than a text with emojis. What do you dislike about BombBomb? There are no downsides to using BombBomb. They provide great coaching to help you make videos. What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you? Making real connections with clients in covid times.

What do you like best about BombBomb? Very easy to integrate into a CX workflow. Ability to create CTA from video. What do you dislike about BombBomb? Nothing comes to mind. I love using this tool! What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you? Answering questions that are complex to write out, but can be solved with a 1-2 minute screenshare. My clients are more engaged by this kind of content than a long email.

What do you like best about BombBomb? I like several aspects of the platform. However my favourite is the ability to post a video email from my IPhone and to do it quickly. What do you dislike about BombBomb? I am not very tech saavy. Sometimes as a stand alone Realtor (not part of a team) I find my time stretched a bit thin to come up with original content for the monthly postings for Prompt. "Best system that I use"

What do you like best about BombBomb? I love that it puts a face with a name when you send a video email. Customers become clients when they feel they know, like and trust you. BombBomb makes that a seamless process. What do you dislike about BombBomb? Nothing. I certainly do not use it to its full potential though. What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you? Helps with making your customers feel like they know you before then even meet you.

What do you like best about BombBomb? People generally will respond to video email once they know who they're speaking to as opposed to a generic non-personal email. What do you dislike about BombBomb? There's only an extension for Chrome browser. Wished there was one for Safari browser. What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting a much better response rate from clients and leads

What do you like best about BombBomb? The platform is straighforward to use, and you can send videos on the go directly from your phone. What do you dislike about BombBomb? Creating a video using BombBomb takes a little bit longer than just using plain text messages. What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you? BombBoom allows my clients to see me when i am not in front of them. Creating video is second best to being in person with a client.

What do you like best about BombBomb? It is easy to use and easy to create fabulous templates from scratch. What do you dislike about BombBomb? Can't think of anything right off. It all works great. What problems is BombBomb solving and how is that benefiting you? Nothing right now. Everything works as it should.
