"Loved them 3-4 years ago when I signed up, customer service is non-existent now."

What do you like best about BombBomb? I love the interface and can record and place a video nearly anywhere; in a CRM or ATS even LinkedIn messages. What do you dislike about BombBomb? What do you like best about BombBomb? Customers love seeing your face, especially when they are far away and aren't able to come in to the store. It's also extremely useful when you need to present numbers on the fly. What do you dislike about BombBomb? There is a lag when you flip your camera from front facing to rear facing, which for me meant taking two videos, going into a movie making app and merging the videos together.
