What do you like best about Bolt? The user experience is easy on all devices, especially mobile. And the fraud detection is excellent, while still allowing the maximum number of transactions to be approved.

What do you like best about Bolt? We added Bolt to our online store because we were intrigued at their value proposition of optimizing checkout to increase conversion and revenue with zero fraud. That's a tall order and a lot to promise, but if it works, then we have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Long story short––they delivered and we couldn't be happier!

What do you like best about Bolt? Bolt has saved us both money and time (money). We have cut our chargeback rate to 0% and no longer have to spend time shifting through our orders looking for fraud. Easy integration with Bigcommerce. We even have seen an increase in conversion rate.

What do you like best about Bolt? We like the fraud protection, not having to try to collect or guess whether or not an order is going to be fraudulent. The service we get knowing that everyone that wants to order has a friction-free experience and won't trigger faulty spam filters is also great.

What do you like best about Bolt? There are plenty of processing choices out there. What we liked about Bolt is that you get an all encompassing solution. Competitive rates, checkout widget that you can plug into your eCom store, and fraud protection built in. Their rate Agreement also is straight forward and easy to understand. You know exactly what you are getting charged.

What do you like best about Bolt? Our previous checkout system had no fraud protection, we were doing it manually in-house which was not exceptionally foolproof and, depending on the time of year, could take 2-3 hours a day. Bolt has completely eliminated that, we are able to push orders through without doing additional leg work.

What do you like best about Bolt? Bolt was a great solution for cutting down on manual fraud checking which was eating up a ton of time for the support team, not to mention we've seen conversion rates on checkout increase since we launched with them. Perhaps the best part of Bolt is their team though - shoutout to Johnny and Vitality for helping us customize some rather advanced shipping needs. You guys rock.
