"RUN AWAY!"

What do you like best about BoldLeads CRM? Nothing, horrible leads and horrible customer service. What do you dislike about BoldLeads CRM? Bogus leads plus they send garbage incoherent CMA's out automatically. My contract is over and I requested cancelation, but after over a week their "success team" has not called me to process the cancelation. What problems is BoldLeads CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? NONE

What do you like best about BoldLeads CRM? Absolutely nothing. I wish I could give this a -100/10. The leads are all fake, and each time I try to send an email to a lead, it says "user not found." These leads are bogus, and I wish I could get my money back. They don't mention the extra money you are spending for ad spend either. The salesmen that were here are very good at their job. I will give them that. Stick with the Zillow leads; at least they are REAL people. What do you dislike about ...

What do you like best about BoldLeads CRM? I have not found this platform helpful at all- it is archaic and ancient in technology and overall lead quality is very poor. What do you dislike about BoldLeads CRM? I dislike this platform in every way- usability, access on i phone, sales people over promising and under delivering What problems is BoldLeads CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about BoldLeads CRM? I received the number of leads quoted per month. I liked that they have a service that connects with your new and old leads. The funnels they use or their "drips" are dated, so you have to make changes, but the content helps engage. I also noticed this connects with cloud CMA, which helped on my seller leads. I only picked them as my provider because they qualify the leads new and old, and it's true. I have only closed two sales so far I signed up ...

What do you like best about BoldLeads CRM? I set it up at the beginning of June. I received 31 leads. I have some of the leads that are not ready yet, but their text concierge set one appointment for me. I showed up at the house, and the guy told me I don't want to sell, so that's not BoldLeads fault because the lead said he did fill out the form. What do you like best about BoldLeads CRM? Nothing! They are a scam! All of the leads are horrible and not screened and they will never let you out of the contract even when they do not deliver on their promises. The people are unbelievably rude and mean! We signed up in January, maxed out the available leads in our market, used their process, concierge, and funnels to start, and had ZERO contact from any of their "leads".
