What do you like best about BoardSpot? BoardSpot is a big upgrade from using something like Google Drive to organize board materials. Simple enough that it is accesible to less-savvy board members, and checks the box on all the key things. Most board portal platforms are enterprise-priced, and BoardSpot has offerings for smaller boards that can't spend thousands on software. We very much appreciate that. "Very user friendly. Keep me organized."

What do you like best about BoardSpot? BoardSpot keeps our notes all in one place. Easily adds all meetings to various calendars. Generating email with all pertinent meeting information is a huge timesaver. What do you dislike about BoardSpot? Building agenda feature could be more refined or have the option for personalized templates. What problems is BoardSpot solving and how is that benefiting you? Organization of agenda and mintues. Quick and easy access for all members.

This is very specific, but we have a private committee that uses BoardSpot to house documents/set meetings times/etc and to allow the members to add documents and such I had to make them admins. What do you like best about BoardSpot? BoardSpot was extremely easy to set up, the trial was incredibly helpful for our board to test it, and it's just the things we need - not too much to take on. I use the Dashboard often to keep abreast on my next meeting and future meetings as well. I frequently access the "People" section for contact and committee info.
