What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? It is the most complete tool I have used to manage incidents, problems, changes, and most ITIL processes. Easy and agile use to generate ticket, manage problems, manage changes, manage CIs with the CMDB, job scheduling, real-time reports and a long ect offered by the BMC tool. What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? I like when the time of an incident is paused when sent to a customer to give their input. What do you dislike about BMC Helix ITSM? Its quite slow and it takes a while to load. Also when a ticket has an attachment it takes a while to load. "Powerfull but so slow"

What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? it is a good tool to create ticket for helpdesk What do you dislike about BMC Helix ITSM? it is terribly slow and ugly. Remedy is good to report an incident and open a change request and maintain the incident tickets. its the best place to have incidents tracked What do you dislike about BMC Helix ITSM? cannot open in multiple browser. in some case we wanted to clone a change and that needs to be compared we cannot do it.
