What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? There isnt much good that i can say in my time of using it. it worked, sometimes What do you dislike about BMC Helix ITSM? Its slow, tedious, customisability is the worst. it crashed non stop. we had to make other scripts just to get certain featurs to work. no thank you. What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? All-in-one Solution Great Navigation and UI What do you dislike about BMC Helix ITSM? At times too many items/fields in a page What problems is BMC Helix ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you? My employer uses it for IT service desk and I also used it for IT change management in one of our clients.

"Not the greatest ticketing system"
What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? at this time the system was not setup properly for me to be able to find a good aspect for it What do you dislike about BMC Helix ITSM? the multiple drop downs and the fact that its response time takes sometimes minutes just to be able to complete/create a case, multiple tabs that do not fall within my job duties What problems is BMC Helix ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you? nework/desktop/remote user facing issues

"Good functions, but needs improvements."
What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? Rich functions. All the basic functions are there to use. What do you dislike about BMC Helix ITSM? Hard to navigate. Very hard to find the information you need, especially if you are not trained on a specific function, it's very hard, What problems is BMC Helix ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you? Service requests. Ordered manner, easy to search.

"Wonderful tool for tracking defects"
What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? Perfect defect tracking tool.The best would be all the important data reflecting on the screen simultaneously. I have used QC, but that seems to be complicated, may be design wise. Interlinking other defects too works fine. "Adequate product for daily use of ticket entry"
What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? The search is quite fast. I'm able to pull up historical tickets in an extremely short amount of time. What do you dislike about BMC Helix ITSM? The interface is a little on the antiquated side, but I'm not using it for looks. What problems is BMC Helix ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping track of customer tickets to minimize duplication of effort.

What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? The ease with which tickets can be categorized and takes care of end to end Service management needs. Also I can report on the statuses of various tickets and track the progress as required. Report on SLA, check the status of tickets, count of tickets and many more. The list mostly goes endless.
