Not being able to copy/paste regularly used phrases/sentences Recommendations to others considering BMC Helix ITSM: It allows tracking of requests by both the submitter and the assignee. What problems is BMC Helix ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking the requests is the best benefit for both sides of the ticket.

What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? It has a simple interface.Easy to navigate around.We can access it via a web portal which makes it all the more easy and Id say more accessible anytime anywhere.You can trace the change easily which is a huge plus unlike some complex interfaces.
