"Very Difficult to use"

What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? I suppose it is good for extracting reporting and dashboards on the data once it is there. Other than that there is nothing that I like about Remedy. The font is tiny and very hard to read. What do you dislike about BMC Helix ITSM? Once again, the font is tiny and very hard to read. Sorting and drilling into data is impossible. The refresh feature does not work. Most of the formatting does not save with a template and needs to be inputted ...

What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? It has robust CMDB with reconciliation and normalization rules. What do you dislike about BMC Helix ITSM? It does not have uniform platform for example for integration it has Atrium Integrator, SRM has different way of building SRD's etc What problems is BMC Helix ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you? IT Service Management and CI repository.
