"don't waste your anxiety on remedy"

What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? if you have the ticket number you can easily search for your issue What do you dislike about BMC Helix ITSM? it is not intuitive. not user friendly at all What problems is BMC Helix ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you? we use remedy to track metrics for helpdesk

"Remedy quite frequently requires us to submit tickets for remedying the program. (Downtime)"

What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? I do like the ability to track the resolution of my tickets once they are submitted to higher tiers. What do you dislike about BMC Helix ITSM? I dislike the frequency with which we are at the mercy of Remedy's downtimes. What problems is BMC Helix ITSM solving and how is that benefiting you? The main problem that's solved is the centralization of facts and problems to assist in the efficiency of the triage process.
