What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? Looking at my assignments keeps me on task. Keep track of obnoxious specifics. What do you dislike about BMC Helix ITSM? "Remedy times out too fast"

What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? It keeps a historical record of your issues and asset inventory. What do you dislike about BMC Helix ITSM? It times out way too soon. If you take time to do anything else before you save the ticket you have to log out and loose what you just worked on. Recommendations to others considering BMC Helix ITSM: Explore newer solutions. "Nice Incidence management tool"

What do you like best about BMC Helix ITSM? Configurable interface, Layout customisations, Provides systematic hierarchy to follow up the incidence. We can find all incidents and change requests at one location. What do you dislike about BMC Helix ITSM? Very dense layout/cells, multiple sections looks same.
