Good product but the new reboot is a bit buggy

i like how easy it is to use bluejeans and the seamless way people can login and connect. especially if you're on the go and just need to dial in, the fact that the invite codes the link in a way that dials you directly into the meeting is super useful i don't like how they push a user to download the app. lots of my customers don't have bluejeans so when they have to hop on they're moved to download as opposed to just opening in their browser. this delays our meeting and adds an extra ...

We like the ease of use, quality of the meetings, and the flexibility of the platform to meet our business needs. Blue Jeans is quick and easy to deploy to users with some technical proficiency. We are also able to handle large scale meetings with over 30 participants seamlessly. Seamless and good multiplatform support

Great and intuitive UI. Amazing app support and easy to use. The screen share and multi user management was always seamless and worked reliably without any issues No option for easy third party use over the web or as a smaller app. Required a full installation to work. Great support and multiplatform reach. Very intuitive and easy to use. But be aware of the installation requirements for third party users. Internal communications with teams and external agencies

Reliable and Dynamic

I enjoy the full scope of tools that are available. Just like any video conference platform it sometimes messes up. But it is rare on BlueJeans Internal and external communications are made easy with BlueJeans .

Easy and Dependable Communication

The straight forward sign on component and I love the fact I can share PDFs and screenview with clients I wish there was a way to see how strong people's signal was when on so we could plan on loss/disconnection during the meeting - or resolve it before it happens I can communicate with any client at any time. It opens up my client location and client potential.

using bluejeans you can conduct online meeting at a button tip it has reduced time as we can quickly arrange a webmeeting using it. bluejeans licensing cost is much higher as compare to its other competitior web meeting tools yes i will definitely suggest bluejeans for online meeting purpose as it has very good quality using bluejeans we can arrange quickly webmeeting also audio and video quality is quite high in bluejeans application

Great new meeting app

Meetings work smoothly and flawlessly when trying to connect. Sometimes there are sound quality issues when speaking on a meeting. The sound quality issues mentioned above are really my only gripe with bluejeans.

Phenomenal!

I like how easy and seamless it is to hop on meetings with BlueJeans, whether previously scheduler or on the fly! I dislike that it is not simple to download or even search for a wave file for call recordings. The support is incredible! I touch base with customers all over the world and bring relationships closer together through the power of face-to-face interaction.

Effective, but some issues

Integration with Outlook, functions for group calls and screen sharing Having issues with delays - I speak and it lags several seconds before the person hears me I use it for my sales calls and conferences
