I am using blueJeans for last 2 years and I would say best software available for video conferencing call along with audio, screen share, Instant meeting, and it is very helpful for onshore and offshore team meetings. I don't see any dislike for the product as I am using it on daily basis. Go ahead and buy it for your organisation, its the best and cheaper that other tool. Best for team meetings, best for audio and video calls, best screen share and a lot.

It always works. I click the link and the meeting starts. Audio is perfect and video is seamless. I like the option of participating from my phone as well. Not much. Maybe additional options related to moving the image of other participants around on the screen. It always works. It never slows me down. I’ve had an overwhelmingly positive experience with it. Its very easy to use and connection quality is seamless. It should be more cost effective with ability to use on low bandwidth. We are saving on the travel costs and quickly setup the meetings.

The bluejeans platform is well integrated into our workflow and provides simple methods to invite participants. Finding the invitation in my email if I want to change the meeting has been the most difficult part of using the tool. (Can resolve this by logging into the web portal, but that's not as easy from my phone as it is from my workstation.) The thing I like most about BlueJeans is the brady-bunch view of attendees. Being able to see people's faces and expressions help it feel more like an in-person meeting. The thing I dislike the most about BlueJeans is that new users have to download a plugin to get the conference call to start working on their machine.
