Not as easy to use

It was used by a vendor and allowed us to collaborate Software to join was cumbersome when I was an larger enterprises. Screen share with vendor to resolve technical issues. It is great.

Convenient way to conduct online virtual meetings

It's relatively intuitive as far as the platform itself. It's easy to present and see participants and talk with them. To share video it requires a plug in, which needs to be installed, and that's a little clunky compared to other virtual meeting platforms. Also the video replays are a bit unconventional in that the viewer can activate a slider to toggle between windows. It's to the point that I need to provide instructions on how to use the interface when I create a recording. ...

Video Conferencing with Bluejeans

Very simple to use and tied nicely to Outlook as an add-on Limited number when it came to large volumes of participants needed for a company call. Conference rooms were at a premium, so having the ability to have a remote conference from cube or home worked great.

Great and amazing

Blue jeans gave my team and the opportunity to keep up with our weekly meetings when we couldn't meet in person. There wasn't anything I disliked about Blue Jeans Blue Jeans impacted my work by making it great way to communicate via video chat or audio when needed.

HASSLE

I like the ease of placing the invite in emails, etc. and I like that you can record the meeting. I don't like that there is usually an error in the video chat, and how difficult it is for others to log on, without an acct etc. Other video services are easier for clients to join, etc. Easier login for guests, and non-account holders. With BlueJeans I've experience bad connection, delays, lag in sound and picture.

BlueJeans offers both a Meetings (video conferencing) and an Events platform. Each platform provides an easy user experience for all involved in the program. When using BlueJeans Events on a Mac there are a few extra system permissions that need to be updated for Presenters/Moderators that can cause some confusion for the not so tech savvy. BlueJeans a very good for my conferences call !

The tool is very good tool to use on desktop or mobile. I have nothing that I dislike about the tool so far. Organizing all the different calls with the teams very easily and especially during the confinement it was very helpful.

OK collaboration tool

The product is easy to use and has just as many features as it's competitors. I used it to work with specific vendors that had the product and wanted to use it on meetings. It worked well and I never had any issues with it. It seemed like it was a large install on my computer and it was always running in the background. This would not be an issue if I used it all the time. Meet with vendors.

Corporate VC solution for multi site multi room

The product is really easy to use and provides all levels of user with the confidence to setup, run and manage Video conferencing. The in room interface is easy ti use and the platform is really reliable with great quality a majority of the time There is only the ability to have 9 people visible at any one time so does not help when trying ti run large scale meetings, other platforms offer this functionality.
