The video and audio quality, design and format. Easy to use and connect I don't see any feature advancements like collab tools and the background blur feature that was enhanced recently. After using the competing companies portals, bluejeans can be enhanced in better audio and video quality features. I am meeting one on one and small and large team meetings. Reliability and consistency for sure.

A good teleconferencing platform that has improved significantly

We have a BlueJeans integration with Outlook, which is the best feature of the platform. It automatically syncs to the app on my phone as well as my computer so I never miss a meeting and it's very easy to join the line. I like the ease of being able to easily schedule meetings and have a recording sent to me automatically. I lose connection a lot during calls, sometimes I lost audio.
