Bad customer service and unclear subscription management

Tool is ok, not better than GoogleMeet but ok. Unclear subscription management, you need to terminate your users from two different UI´s. If you only remove users from the billing management side, you still end up getting invoices if those users are still in the tool it self. And they don´t refund bills... Easy as a user

Easy as a user to click, join, and end the call. Did not need to change the number. Once you had the number you could create a reoccuring calendar appointment. For me it was setting up a call. It seemed more complex. But that could have just been me. Learn how to use the system to set up calls. Have someone show you how as it seemed harder to figure out on my own. This was good for us to have weekly scheduled calls without changing the number.

Great app for video conference and screen share

Safe and no hang-ups, good for sharing larger size files too. Can not share multiple windows generated from the same shared application/software, such as Fiji (image viewing tool) and Microsoft documents. I times of social distancing it helps really well in discussions with PI and peers. I also helped in attending various scientific seminars and workshops.

BlueJeans is very professional and very user friendly. Great for meetings and teachings during this trying time. Probably the inability to change background. This is good software.
