What do you like best about BlueJeans Meetings? Easy as a user to click, join, and end the call. Did not need to change the number. "Bad customer service and unclear subscription management"

What do you like best about BlueJeans Meetings? Tool is ok, not better than GoogleMeet but ok. What do you dislike about BlueJeans Meetings? Unclear subscription management, you need to terminate your users from two different UI´s. If you only remove users from the billing management side, you still end up getting invoices if those users are still in the tool it self. And they don´t refund bills...
