The fact that it is required once you get to a certain number of people Recommendations to others considering the product: If you have a large workforce, consider hosting training on using bluejeans prior to the event. Finally a webinar tool that works
What do you like best? In general the comms quality is good and it interoperates very well with Lifesize and Huawei in room equipment -so great picture and sound What do you dislike? There are two apps on Mac and the Bluejeans Prime Events insists on using the old one. Also, the Prime Events option doesn't hide the name of the attendee asking questions to panelist, quite annoying. Finally, there's no usage stats for views/downloads. Recommendations to others considering ...

great webinar platform
What do you like best? it works. easy to use, pretty intuitive and straight forward. I like how attendees, presenters, and moderators have their own links, which gives them their own path into the webinar. This makes it very easy to moderate vs. a bluejeans meeting where everyone is in the same lane. What do you dislike? video sharing needs to be improved (playing videos natively from screen sharing). I don't like how expensive this platform is, if I'm hosting a primetime event, ...

Good overall small imporvements needed
What do you like best? Each user has an individual code dedicated to their meeting so its easy to provide to external users. Admin access is very nice and provides a lot of data and controllability on the admin side of things. What do you dislike? Bugs can take a little while to resolve. Its hard to package the downloader to redistribute to users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? original reason for going with bluejeans is to ...

Good Event Software
What do you like best? Bluejeans events makes it easy to publish and publicize events for large groups. What do you dislike? It is a little more difficult than I would like to share details of the event with participants. In addition, the share button is a bit complicated, and I often end up reducing the text that it spits out by default. Recommendations to others considering the product: Excellent if you are looking to engage with event participants during a webinar - ...

What do you like best? The features are very useful and provide a lot of ways to interact with participants. The interface is intuitive and it is easy to learn the system. What do you dislike? The system can sometimes have issues and it is difficult to troubleshoot. There isn't much support on the website to help when issues arise. What problems are you solving with the product?
