Effective but uneven user experience
What do you like best? QA and voting on questions has been really helpful. Polls are good but should be easier to discover on desktop What do you dislike? How hard it is to chime in with audio. Lots of issues where i click on the link and have to log in all over to view the event. Don’t have to do so for regular meetings Recommendations to others considering the product: Uneven user experience but allows town halls to go smoothly What problems are you solving with the ...

The best video and audio conferencing
What do you like best? I love how seamless the whole experience is, the spatial audio makes a huge difference when it comes to understanding content that has more than one speaker. Love how it switches seamlessly from wifi to cell networks. What do you dislike? I put this thru the ringer, I don't like the feature that tries to detect my head is near my phone to switch from the speakerphone mode to phone speaker mode... my finger goes over the camera from time to time and I am ...

works great
What do you like best? sharing and connecting is SUPER easy -- i've never had problems and none of the attendees have either! What do you dislike? the technical support - no one seems to understand what is included in our contract, so we get one answer and then a second after that once someone looks at what should be included with our contract. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've used it BJE for our webinar series- it works ...

BlueJeans Events is a fantastic tool to effectively manage meetings with large global audiences.
What do you like best? It has all the necessary features - polls, Q&A, moderator/everyone chat and ability to neatly see both the presenter and content - required to effectively manage meetings/events/workshops with large audiences from across the globe. What do you dislike? Inability to use the desktop app for events, even though the phone app can be used to join events. Recommendations to others considering the product: I would highly recommend BlueJeans Events for all ...

BlueJeans Events is a great way to hold large scale events
What do you like best? I really like the moderator platform along with chat, the ability to drive multiple presenters from one handler and the ability to have separate moderator and attendee chats simultaneously. What do you dislike? Newbie note! Don't run the slides if you are presenting - you won't be able to view yourself or others presenting and it really changes the dynamic when you can't "see" the meeting. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great ...

Professional meetings
What do you like best? Excellent sound quality. The meetings are very easy to schedule. What do you dislike? I dislike the reluctance of some companies to use it, although it is more secure that other applications of similar type. Recommendations to others considering the product: Your meetings will look professional and be of high quality. Many large companies use BlueJeans instead of other applications that are similar to BlueJeans, but which have security issues What ...

A good option to host a large meeting
What do you like best? An easy platform to navigate if you have used bluejeans before looks like a very professional event Would be fantastic if it was integrated with the main BlueJeans meeting platform., that would add a lot of value to people's use and get them to utilise the correct product as opposed to just having large meetings on BlueJeans meetings What do you dislike? would be great to have the captions option to increase accessibility for people with hearing ...

Reliability and Security
What do you like best? The reliability and security features and certifications of the platform. Especially the primetime event/webinar - very reliable. What do you dislike? I'm happy with the product but our users are always asking for features like virtual backgrounds and expanded gallery. The virtual background was recently added. And, I hear the expanded gallery is available and being evaluated by my organization. Recommendations to others considering the product: The ...

Highly recommended for businesses!
What do you like best? Connections with Slack and Gmail make it easy to schedule meetings or set one up spontaneously. You can screen share a specific app to avoid awkward meetings showing that Youtube video you were watching :) What do you dislike? Usually, opening a Bluejeans meeting is seamless. However I have noticed that it requires you to log in (for myself multiple times) after an update. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...
