BlueJeans Events is a Great Replacement for Large Group Meetings for Remote Work

What do you like best? I have used it many times and it has been reliably stable. Beyond stability, the features like chat, Q&A, event recording, and others have proven very useful in facilitating meetings and group communications. One feature unique to BlueJeans I especially like is the displaying of wifi strength by users to help diagnose where bandwidth challenges reside. What do you dislike? I would like more control for views of attendees. There may be technical limitations ...

There are some errors due to Bluetooth Headset device

What do you like best? Voice Quality is the best among Teams, Zoom, Google meet What do you dislike? 1. No possibility to co-work (on the same file, in same system etc.) 2. No possibility to run project or the team and control their free time. No possibility to invite employees easily, each time it needs to send invitation by e-mail. Recommendations to others considering the product: 1. Please add teamworking / co-working possibilities 2. Please increase "share ...

BlueJeans Events is a great platform that we've used to stay connected with employees.

What do you like best? I like that employees can answer questions on a named or anonymous basis. Depending on the conversation topic, employees may feel more "safe" asking a question anonymously. I also like the different roles that can be assigned (i.e. presenter, moderator, attendee). It's hard to manage all aspects of a meeting, so having different capabilities for each role has been great! What do you dislike? I don't like the polling aspect as much since you can only answer ...

Excellent virtual platform with some drawbacks

What do you like best? * Q&A functionality: Very handy, tidy, and pretty self-explanatory for moderators, presenters, and attendees alike. The ability of attendees to upvote has made it much easier to prioritize questions by order of salience and frequency. * After-event metrics: Excellent and comprehensive after-event reports (with one drawback which I mention below). * Branding and customization: The ability to add pre- and post-event screens is very handy for conveying extra ...

BlueJeans events worked great for us!

What do you like best? The best part was that attendees, presenters, and moderators all had a different login, allowing for a different experience for each group. What do you dislike? It would have been nice to be able to see what the attendees were seeing on a side monitor to make sure as a moderator that everything looked ok to them. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great option for a webinar! What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Virtual Events, how they should be.

What do you like best? Bluejeans events is the next level of virtual events, with all the features you could need and want. The gui is spot on and intuitive and the quality is next level. What do you dislike? My only dislike is the dial in number produced as part of the invite defaults to US and there doesn't appear to be a way to change this on the events platform. Recommendations to others considering the product: Buy it, if you are looking for an events platform, this is ...

Great Platform, Great Functionality for Business

What do you like best? What's most helpful about this product is that Blue Jeans is very compatible working with multiple teams of people. The break out rooms are a highly sought-out function that many platforms don't have even Google Meet. I really think that the security features as well as your login in very easy and I don't feel like it was difficult. What do you dislike? What I don't like about Blue Jeans is that it doesn't lend itself to be helpful in set-up when it comes to ...
