A reliable and high-quality video conferencing tool

What do you like best? Easy to set up and invite participants. The video is always very high-quality, and it's very intuitive. What do you dislike? I wish that I could draw on someone else's screen when they share their screen, so that I could point out the things I'm looking at or referring to when I speak, rather than explain to them where I'm looking. Slack video conferencing has this capability. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Blue jeans rocks

What do you like best? I like everything in blue jeans. It's a fantastic tool, that I use daily in work. What I prefer is the user friendly environment of the tool and how easy is to do any task. What do you dislike? The most annoying thing I dislike is not being able to control the video of the participants in a call. You should be able to choose which person you want to see. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's helping me ...

BlueJeans Events PDM

What do you like best? BlueJeans Events is easy to use, and visually easy to figure out. What do you dislike? The only downside I have seen have been on the user end. The screens are set up with logical placement of necessary options. Users do not seem to look before getting frustrated. Recommendations to others considering the product: I have none. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being in my 24th week of remote work, ...

Virtual events for customers, prospects, media and partners

What do you like best? Since the pandemic, we've shifted our model to engage with stakeholders virtually and have been leveraging the primetime / BlueJeans events platform to host both small group private sessions and full public webinars. The interface is really easy to use and allows videos to be played easily within it. We've been really impressed with the quality of experience in terms of how our events team leverages this on the back-end and the ease of taking questions and ...

Awesome tool

What do you like best? It's awesome that you can access your meetings from anywhere by using the Bluejeans phone app. What do you dislike? Nothing, however, if a person in the meeting has low bandwidth, the sound from everybody starts breaking up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Working from home, the Bluejeans slack app makes it easier and fast to set up a quick call.
