What do you like best about BlueFolder? We find the customizations very useful for tracking our customers What do you dislike about BlueFolder? being able to search custom fields would be an asset What problems is BlueFolder solving and how is that benefiting you? We use bluefolder to manage and track our workorders and account history

"It would be great if BF can provide Tax system for Canadian customers"

What do you like best about BlueFolder? We are able to assign the tasks to the technicians easily and review the entire work orders. The batch out of several work orders is great. What do you dislike about BlueFolder? The tax system for Canadian business is not great in BF. We really hope there's option setting for us to be able to add tax. "Fantastic addition to our service department"

What do you like best about BlueFolder? The ability to use the web request form for telephone support. What do you dislike about BlueFolder? No way to verify customers information on work order on mobile. Recommendations to others considering BlueFolder: Take the time to do all the set up upfront to get the best experience possible. What problems is BlueFolder solving and how is that benefiting you? Less calls lost and better organization for machine installs

"Easy basic scheduling system"

What do you like best about BlueFolder? Easy to learn and enter customer info. User friendly. What do you dislike about BlueFolder? We don't do billing from Blue Folder and that is why we don't use it more often. What problems is BlueFolder solving and how is that benefiting you? We can see when other electricians are scheduled for certain jobs so we don't over book

"Blue Folder has greatly enhanced our ability to manage service."

What do you like best about BlueFolder? We can invoice as soon as work is completed. Service history tracking is much easier then before. What do you dislike about BlueFolder? Custom reports can be difficult to create. What problems is BlueFolder solving and how is that benefiting you? Recurring jobs help us make sure PM's are completed on time.

"Still waiting on some important fixes with issues, but by far better than any other software!"

What do you like best about BlueFolder? The ability to track and find history on old jobs, equipment, serial numbers etc. What do you dislike about BlueFolder? Blue folder does not transfer the cost of new materials to quickbooks, which makes more work for me to enter each cost individually in quickbooks when creating new products/items. Line items transfer date to QuickBooks. There's no option to turn off date transfer. I have to manually remove the date from each item on quickbooks side. ...
