Email Visual Editor for building emails is really easy to use and has so much functionality, you can send fully personalised emails without needing to code them yourself. Having templates and widgets configurable is so useful for running seasonal campaigns which will include a mix of the same content. Love how easy it is to configure audiences and customer journeys.

What do you like best about Bluecore? The support and customer service teams are wonderful. I've been working with them for about a year now, and have zero complaints. They respond in a timely fashion, and make our team feel like a valued customer.
