"Bluebeam gets it done"

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? For us, it's the ability to do markups, measurements and add photos effortlessly that makes Bluebeam Revu a great fit for our Engineers, Project Managers and our Estimators. The Estimators start the process and pass all of the information that they enter. Any markups or notes can be passed through the company to the following department instead of each department doing its own changes. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? The only dislike is ...

"Very great communicative tool"

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? It is a super collaborative tool to work with your team. It has so many options and is easy to use once you get out of the learning curve. Great PDF viewer as well. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? My company is a mac company, and bluebeam only works on window machines. I have to use a virtual machine to be able to use the program. I would like to be able to have a mac version so I don't have to convince my company to get me a PC. What ...

"Powerful, fast and flexible"

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? Bluebeam provides a flexible and capable tool for marking up project drawings by multiple stakeholders. These project stakeholders include the Architect, Engineers, Contractor and Field users. It allows users to create a custom scale to take measurements for objects or items. This is especially helpful when a drawing or initial sketch is provided without a scale. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? Recently Bluebeam became a subscription-based ...

"Very powerful PDF editing software with many tools and ways to modify and edit."

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? The versatility of the tools. You can make just about any modification possible, which is constantly being updated to add more features. Revu Extreme especially has handy tools such as OCR. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? Steep learning curve. The user interface is not intuitive, so you must learn the software by trial and error and do a lot of online research. It does not have built-in training to my knowledge. What problems is Bluebeam ...

"Good PDF viewer and file sharer that you can collaborate with."

What do you like best about Bluebeam Revu? Others can share large files with you that you can download, that you otherwise wouldn't be able to do through email. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? There isn't really anything in Bluebeam that I dislike. Maybe the login process could be smoother? What problems is Bluebeam Revu solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to collaborate on a PDF file that everyone can see and make comments on. It makes you more efficient in your work.
