There is not a good way to batch link drawings that are continuously updated. Recommendations to others considering Bluebeam Revu: Batch linking drawings is only meant to be done once, so drawing updates should use the slip-sheet function. It is also incredibly user friendly and the ease-of-use was impressive. What do you dislike about Bluebeam Revu? Inserting and/or extracting sheets seems a little more complicated than it should be with this type of tool.
