Great platform to share messaging and sales enablement tools with our global team
What do you like best? Easy to upload and categorize content to make it easy to find. Search tool is great. The banner for highlighting the most used or most important content is helpful to make things quick and easy to find for the team. What do you dislike? Our audience is supposed to use this platform as the opportunity to share feedback and example uses of the materials and we can't get them to do this. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Awesomely Intuitive System
What do you like best? I really like that fact that our small business can store all of our valuable content in one place. The interface makes it simple to shift through a lot of different content seamlessly. What do you dislike? I would like it if the search function had an advanced search feature which will allow for more intuitive searches. It would also be nice if the back end analytics where easier to access and a reporting tool was available on the end user side. What problems ...

Smart and Interactive!
What do you like best? The page 'powered by Bloomfire' that we use in the workplace is quick and intuitive, often having the right response before the associate has completed typing the keywords! Our associates enjoy being able to interact with the information in real time, and to see their 'rankings' on how often they contribute to the page. What do you dislike? Occasionally the 'right' keywords are not utilized by the associates, and the results are not as complete, which results is ...

Bloomfire is a companies inside curiosity solver
What do you like best? The thing I love best about it is the fact that I don't use it that much at all, yet when I do need to use it, it's so simple to navigate and get around. When we don't have supervisors on staff or when a lead isn't present to answer questions it provides a plethora of answers to commonly asked questions about a scenario that may have happened within the company. What do you dislike? I don't dislike anything about bloomfire, I haven't stumbled upon anything bad ...

What do you like best? Being able to write posts to the entire Federation community or to individual groups. What do you dislike? The speed of the website; it's often slow to load. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Engaging more with the Federation marketing directors and encouraging them to post assets that others will find helpful.

A great place for learning and all needed content
What do you like best? I just like the overall site layout and how the search parameters are laid out to find exactly what I am looking for What do you dislike? Sometimes there can be a lot of content to comb through so any additional granularity for searches would be nice What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was learning a lot about the systems that my company works with and the patches and changes that are incorporated all the time ...

Can't do my job without it...
What do you like best? So easy to search and navigate. Organized and thoughtfully laid out and always custom to my needs when looking for information I need. What do you dislike? Not specific to Bloomfire alone but adoption by others in my organization and contributions on a regular basis would be idea. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Looking up information to either prepare for my meetings or in some cases on the fly while I'm on ...
