What do you like best? Boomerang is incredibly intuitive. As someone who has never used donor management software before Bloomerang, I have been able to easily navigate and use the different features like reports, emailing, and adding new constituents. What do you dislike? The custom fields could use a little more tweaking; I wish there was a way to add custom fields for specific kinds of constituents.
